Schedule your next group event at Coeur Climbing!

Schools and companies may contact us to bring groups into our gym for events, classes or team-building activities.  We offer both instructed and non-instructed group options (minimum group size: 8 people/ maximum group size: 30 people*).

Instructed Groups

$20/climber

• Chaperones must have a signed waiver on file with a 1:10 Child/Adult Ratio

• All guests must have Parent or Guardian sign a waiver and watch the orientation video.

• Groups can be scheduled on weekends, and non-peak hours (10am - 3pm) during the week or holidays. Specific time slots must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

• A Coeur Climbing team member will oversee and instruct the group. They will learn:

  • Expert Guidance in Climbing Basics: A Coeur Climbing team member leads the group, introducing the essential skills of climbing.

  • Auto-Belay Climbing: Step-by-step instruction on using the auto-belay system for risk-conscious and enjoyable climbing without needing a belayer.

  • Rope Climbs: Our instructor will belay anyone interested in climbing the ropes while learning about the different pieces of gear.

non-Instructed Groups

$15/climber

• Chaperones must have a signed waiver on file with a 1:10 Child/Adult Ratio

• All guests must have Parent or Guardian sign a waiver and watch the orientation video.

• Groups can be scheduled on weekends, and non-peak hours (10am - 3pm) during the week or holidays. Specific time slots must be requested at the time of booking and are subject to availability.

* If your group is larger than 30 people, please call us and we may be able to accommodate you based on availability and staffing.
